About Me

I’m Nicole — a movement guide specializing in soft, anti‑inflammatory fitness that supports your body and your nervous system. My work is rooted in over 15 years of experience across personal training, yoga, Pilates, corrective exercise, and therapeutic movement, shaped by my own journey of healing.

I began teaching in my twenties, immersed in the high‑energy world of bootcamps, cycling, and hot yoga. After the birth of my second child, scoliosis and labor complications led to severe spinal damage and surgery — a turning point that changed everything. Pilates became my path back to strength, stability, and ease. What started as rehabilitation grew into a deep passion for movement that feels gentle, supportive, and sustainable.

Today, I teach from a place of respect for the body — integrating Pilates, yoga, barre, and mindful strength in a way that is calm, precise, and accessible. My approach is client‑centered and nervous‑system‑aware, helping you move with confidence, clarity, and a sense of grounded steadiness.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hiking BC’s mountains, walking my dogs, or exploring the outdoors. I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, soften into movement, and build strength that feels kind.
